My name is Christi, and I am the owner and licensed esthetician behind Eight31 Esthetics. As a Livingston native, I take great pride in serving the community that shaped me. After retiring from a meaningful career in law enforcement in 2021, I chose to pursue my passion for skincare and wellness. I graduated from the Aveda Arts & Science Institute in 2023, where I built the foundation for the services I now provide. Through both my professional background and personal life, I have learned how essential it is to slow down and care for ourselves. Many people give so much of their time and energy to work, family, and everyday responsibilities that they rarely pause to recharge. I believe that taking intentional time for oneself is not a luxury, but a necessity for our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. My goal at Eight31 Esthetics is to create a space where clients can step away from the demands of daily life and experience genuine rest, renewal, and confidence in their skin. Since opening Eight31 Esthetics, I have been honored to be recognized as Best of Polk County in both 2024 and 2025, as well as Best of East Texas for 2025. These recognitions reflect my commitment to professionalism, continued education, and providing a high-quality experience for every client. Family and community remain at the heart of everything I do, and it is truly my privilege to offer a place where clients feel cared for, valued, and confident in their skin.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Eight31 Esthetics, your time—and ours—is valuable. To ensure we can serve all clients efficiently: Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will incur 50% fee of your scheduled appointment total. Future Bookings: This fee must be paid before booking your next appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will require your appointment to be rescheduled.
